Mother and Caregiver-A Caregiver’s Journey
I am a mother of three children, two stepchildren, 14 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
A retiree from Eastman Kodak, with a career spanning over 30 years as a procurement professional with expertise in negotiations, contracts, supplier selection and vetting as well as inventory control and material management.
Owner of Sunflower Bears, a company that makes memorial pillows and teddy bears.
I am a caregiver to a family member who is a three-time cancer survivor. I choose to spend my time serving those in that community. I am a member of Sew Serve, a group that makes quilts for cancer patients undergoing Chemotherapy and dresses for Samaritan’s Purse. I am interested and passionate about providing insight, developing training and supporting new caregivers. I am enthusiastic to share experiences and to help others care for loved ones throughout their cancer journey and beyond.
